Is death the end . . . or only the beginning?
Ethan Wate has spent most of his life longing to escape the stiflingly small Southern town of Gatlin. He never thought he would meet the girl of his dreams, Lena Duchannes, who unveiled a secretive, powerful, and cursed side of Gatlin, hidden in plain sight. And he never could have expected that he would be forced to leave behind everyone and everything he cares about. So when Ethan awakes after the chilling events of the Eighteenth Moon, he has only one goal: to find a way to return to Lena and the ones he loves.
Back in Gatlin, Lena is making her own bargains for Ethan's return, vowing to do whatever it takes -- even if that means trusting old enemies or risking the lives of the family and friends Ethan left to protect.
Worlds apart, Ethan and Lena must once again work together to rewrite their fate, in this stunning finale to the Beautiful Creatures series.
Review:

What I found with this series is that the beginning is really slow. I think that is the only thing stopping me from giving this book a 5.
As usual, the ending of the series, creates this happy and sad feeling. This book was no different; the words placed on the last page are in a very cool format. It was the perfecting ending for The Caster Chronicles.
This book was separated into 3 different sections, this allowed the plot to pick up faster than the other books. Yet, the climax did not explode and the huge solution to Beautiful Redemption was not as difficult as I thought it would be.
However, I did enjoy the poems that Lena writes in her head throughout the book. There were lots of minor things (back stories) that connected this last book to the books before. This technique will warm the reader's heart, and it allows the series to feel whole. Also, there is a nice minute lesson Ethan learns that can be applied to our daily lives.
I don't think you could ask for a better ending. I could practically hear the soundtrack playing in my head by the end of the book.
